Sometimes I find it helpful to set a time limit and just smash out a track without thinking too much, just letting the music flow. I use ableton live for music production but you can take the same approach with whatever you use and experiment with how to make music in a short amount of time that feels fun to you. If you don’t have any people who can give you suggestions to work from you could use a random word generator website to give you a prompt and go nuts making music from there!
